Vinita Ojha Takes Charge as Rotary Club President; Focus on Environment, Education, and Health Under 'Unite for Good' Theme
Vinita Ojha takes charge as President of Rotary Club Jalore for 2025–26, announcing a focus on environment, education, and disease prevention under the theme “Unite for Good.” Ten new members also join the club during the installation ceremony.

Jalore, July 8, 2025 – The installation ceremony of Rotary International District 3055 (Jalore) was held on Monday at a private resort in the city. The event began with a prayer by Vikram Puri, followed by the Four-Way Test reading by Rotarian Chetna Shrimali. Outgoing president Sanjay Sundesha welcomed guests and presented a detailed report on the club’s 2024–25 activities.
The installation officer for the event was District Governor of Rotary International District 3055, Rotarian Nigam Chaudhary. Chief Guest IPDG Mohan Parashar, AG Dharmesh Suthar, and around 150 Rotary members attended the event.
After taking charge, new club president Vinita Ojha outlined her vision for the 2025–26 Rotary year. Emphasizing the international Rotary theme "Unite for Good", she announced that the club would focus on environment, education, disease prevention, membership growth, and strengthening the Rotary Foundation. Various health camps, awareness drives, and new mega projects are planned, including adult literacy programs and school development under RILM and CSR initiatives.
Chief Guest IPDG Mohan Parashar praised Rotary's commitment to diversity, inclusion, and humanitarian service, emphasizing its role in environmental and community welfare globally. Installation Officer Nigam Chaudhary urged members to work collectively for global goodwill and humanitarian causes, encouraging them to recognize and strengthen Rotary's power in saving lives.
During the ceremony, ten new members joined Rotary Club Jalore, including Hemendra Singh Bagedia, Meenakshi Sharma, Santosh Parihar, Anil Joshi, Suresh Sundesha, and others. AG Dharmesh Suthar congratulated the new board and highlighted Rotary’s role in public welfare.
Members who provided outstanding community service throughout the year were honored with the “Best Rotarian” award. Secretary Manju Chaudhary expressed gratitude to all attendees, and the program was compered by former Assistant Governor Dr. Pawan Ojha.
The event was attended by several distinguished personalities, senior Rotarians, and representatives from various institutions and clubs from RID 3055.
